Arrival and Departure
Check-in time is 3:00PM on Sunday. No one will be allowed entrance into the dorm without first checking in. Mandatory head checks for lice will be conducted by the camp nurse or qualified designee, for health reasons, both on campers and staff upon arrival. Any camper with head lice will be isolated and a full refund of tuition will be made, as per determination of the Dean and nurse. Confirm departure time with the camp dean at check in! Visitors
All visitors must check in with the Dean upon arrival in order to receive permission to visit. Visitors must abide by all camp rules and stay no later than 10:00PM. Visitor meals are $3.00 per person per meal. |
To Bring and Not to Bring
What To Bring: Bible, paper, pencil, bedding, pillow, rainwear, flashlight, stationary and stamps, portable fan, musical instrument, camera, prescription medicine, comfortable footwear, missions- canteen money, ($10 - $20), sweater or light jacket, shower/flip-flops, bathrobe. All prescription medications must be in their original pharmacy issued containers with dosage labeling. What Not To Bring: Mobile devices, tablets, radio, stereo, iPod or other electronic music devices, electronic games, illegal drugs, alcohol, knives, firearms, playing cards, magazines, comic books, food/candy, beverages. All of the above items are subject to confiscation and will become the discretionary property of the Dean. At no time will food or drink be allowed in the dorms. |

Campers eagerly anticipate the daily mail call at the evening meal.
Traditionally, anyone receiving 3 letters/postcards must sing a song or tell a joke to receive their mail!

Dress Code
Modesty is priority. A 2 Finger rule will be used to measure straps of shirts/tops. No extremes in dress shall be permitted, such as plunging necklines, bare midriffs, short shorts (Should not be shorter than mid thigh), short dresses, brief swimwear, or immodest tight apparel such as leggings, yoga pants, spandex etc. Swimwear: Bikinis are not allowed. Tankinis may be worn if the mid-section is covered. The Dean shall have the authority to require that a dark colored shirt be worn over any immodest swim wear of girls. Boys with immodest swim wear will be required to put on another pair of shorts.
Shirts must be worn by men and boys in public at all times, except while swimming.
Shoes are to be worn always when outside of dorms, showers, and pool areas.
Clothing with inappropriate words or images is not acceptable, this would include profanity, provocative images, or words written across the seat of the pants.
Dress clothes for banquets should also be chosen with modesty in mind. Thigh high slits will not be acceptable, as well as plunging necklines or plunging backs, shoulder less dresses etc.
The Dean or members of the staff may ask a camper to change their clothes if the staff feel it is inappropriate attire.
